Returns & Refunds
Any items purchased at our normal full retail price from our website may be returned to us for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please return faulty goods as soon you become aware of the fault. Please note that we cannot refund returned items unless all elements on the Returns Check-list are confirmed. Please note this refund policy only applies to watches sold via the website, for individual store policy’s please contact our shop directly.
Returns Check list
- All security tags and labels are in place and haven't at any point been removed from the item
- The item is free of any marks, scratches or other impediments that would prohibit it from being re-sold.
- All instructions, guarantees, presentation packaging are unblemished and included with the item.
- All returns for items much be sent back to our address within 7 days of you receiving the item.
- The item must be returned by an approved insured, tracked and signed for courier provider at your cost.
- Any defect of the item must be notified to ALBONE within 24 hours of signing for the item.
